A unique inter-departmental initiative started at BFL with the aim of giving it back to the society wherein efforts were taken across departments to serve the need in a structured way. Every department has selected a CSR project and they visit weekly once for 2 hours to their projects. The assessment of their project is done by the external accessor. They guide and suggest them with the necessary inputs. The department team is also appreciated by the top management with the appreciation letter. It's a voluntary commitment and the employees feel really proud and satisfied for working for the social issues.
