Looking at the plight of people searching for oxygen cylinders motivated our engineers to manufacture robust, safe, medical-grade, light-weight portable aluminium cylinders. These are high-pressure Oxygen cylinders manufactured in Aluminium Alloy suitable for emergency response and healthcare applications. The Government of India with several of its departments like DEBEL-DRDO, DPIIT, PESO and BIS supported us in our effort to manufacture, approve and deliver such systems in a record time of less than 100 days.
Innovation has been in our DNA. A world class flexible manufacturing facility combined with a strong knowledge base at our R&D Center and a team working on Mission Mode established a high volume production facility to produce the Oxygen Cylinders for DEBEL designed Oxycare System.
Oxycare is a system which releases the compressed oxygen gas to the user/patient as per a pre-defined setting through an oxygen mask or a nasal cannula. The flow rate is manually adjustable from 0 – 15lpm with the help of a Flow Regulator Knob.
