CUSTOMER FOCUS
Customer Engagement

We see ourselves as a solutions-driven engineering partner. Our engagement model is built on continuous dialogue, enabling us to identify unmet needs and deliver tailored, first-time-right solutions. By consistently investing ahead of the curve and building scalable capacities, we reinforce customer trust and ensure timely, value-driven delivery across every engagement.

Responsible Sourcing

We remain committed to sourcing practices that balance operational efficiency with stakeholder responsibility. All raw materials are procured from client-approved vendors at competitive rates, with ESG considerations embedded in our procurement processes. Notably, secondary materials now comprise 40% of our overall raw material mix – supporting our shift toward a lower-carbon supply chain.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Village Development

We are advancing integrated rural transformation with a strong focus on water security, clean energy, and environmental sustainability in drought-prone regions. Our interventions include bund construction, river desilting, pipeline installations, solar infrastructure, and decentralized waste management. These have enabled the harvesting of over 3,126 TCM of water, installation of 937 kW of solar power, and prevention of 483.3 tons of kitchen waste through composting. Over 344,574 trees have been planted to restore local ecology. The ‘Nisarranga’ initiative, in collaboration with Paramount Digicom, is nurturing environmental awareness among 2,500 schoolchildren in rural Maharashtra. Recognition by the IGBC and national honors such as the Green Champion Award and CSR Times Gold Award affirm our long-term impact in building climate-resilient village ecosystems.

Skill Development

We are equipping youth from underserved geographies with next-generation skills in robotics, AI, IoT, and data analytics. Through our Centers of Excellence and partnerships with ITIs and schools, we provide hands-on learning platforms and scholarships that foster inclusive innovation. Our programs are designed to open new pathways, especially for young women, into future-ready employment. To date, we have covered 36,545 students, with over 60% of beneficiaries being young women, reinforcing our commitment to inclusive innovation and gender equity.

Healthcare

We are strengthening rural healthcare through infrastructure development and preventive care access. Key initiatives include the construction of 52,000 meters of underground sanitation pipelines, establishment of seven telemedicine centers, and cancer screening camps benefiting 6,046 women. We have also enhanced facilities across 32 Primary Health Centers, ensuring that quality medical services reach over 25,000 individuals in remote and underserved regions.

Women Empowerment

We view women as agents of long-term community transformation. Our initiatives provide vocational training, entrepreneurship support, and access to essential services – enabling 3,790 women to build sustainable livelihoods. We aim to empower at least 700 more women in 2025, reinforcing our vision for equitable and resilient rural progress.

Education

We are committed to expanding learning opportunities for children in marginalized communities. Over 5,785 children across 130 urban slum communities have benefited from non-formal education programs, while 46 government schools have received infrastructure upgrades to enhance the quality of learning. Our ‘Nisarranga’ program promotes environmental education among rural students from Grades 1 to 7, encouraging early responsibility and ecological awareness.
