We signed an agreement to acquire the manufacturing operations and Engineering Design Center of AAM India Manufacturing Corporation Pvt Ltd – an important step in expanding our portfolio of proprietary products. Through recent M&A actions, we have accessed new growth avenues across castings, forgings, and niche technologies.
In parallel, we are revamping the organization internally to capture the next phase of growth. Over the past few years, we have made targeted investments in subsidiaries across defence, EV, industrial castings, and overseas aluminum forging. Several of these capital allocation decisions are now delivering returns, while others are progressing steadily. The Company raised ₹1,650 crore via Qualified Institutional Placement. This capital raise supported debt repayment at our overseas subsidiaries and funded the acquisition of commercial vehicle assets from AAM India Manufacturing Corporation.
A combination of judicious capital allocation and prudent balance sheet management means our net Debt to Equity was 0.17x as of March 31, 2025.
This liquidity position gives us the flexibility to incubate new initiatives, pursue inorganic opportunities, and manage volatility across sectors.
Our business model is designed to temper cyclicality through diversification across revenue streams, which supports better capacity utilization. Higher utilization, in turn, provides positive operating leverage and enhances long-term return on capital.
Our core operations continue to generate sufficient cash flows to fund growth needs. Reflecting this performance, the Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 300% for FY2025 – translating strong financial delivery into direct value for our shareholders.
