Technology remains core to our growth strategy and operational edge.
In aerospace, we are investing in a new facility for landing gear machining and high-precision ring forgings, supported by long-term customer commitments. This will double our aerospace capacity and strengthen our role in global engine and structure programs.
Our subsidiary - Kalyani Powertrain forayed in the electronic components manufacturing with a state-of‑the-art SMT line inaugurated last year. To begin with we are going ahead with opportunities in telecom servers – aligning with India’s push for strategic self-reliance. In defence, we have developed nine artillery platforms and a diverse product range across mobility systems and MRO, demonstrating our ability to build advanced, multi-domain solutions.
In the industrial sector, we are one of the few players with the capability to manufacture single-piece heavy components up to 35 tons, a capability embedded with few manufacturers in India.
Customer proximity remains a core strength. Our deep relationships enable real-time alignment with client needs, even in volatile markets. We continued to win new orders and deepen penetration in the domestic passenger vehicle segment in FY2025. In the casting business (JSA), strong customer traction reflects growing confidence in our capabilities. We are also seeing increasing interest from North American customers, aided by global supply chain shifts such as the China Plus One trend. Our ability to read these shifts and respond quickly has helped us grow with minimal capex and maintain pricing power through direct customer engagement.
We continue to optimize our operational footprint while enhancing productivity. We are continuously augmenting efficiency at our facilities in India via technological interventions. These initiatives ensure lower down-times and optimum production rates.
