Human Capital
We continue to build a workforce that is agile, capable, and aligned with our long-term business objectives. Through targeted investments in digital tools, leadership development, skilling, and diversity, we are reinforcing our human capital as a strategic enabler of transformation.
During the year, we enhanced our performance management framework through SAP SuccessFactors, embedding SMART goals and structured appraisals aligned to the Balanced Scorecard. Leadership capability building remained a key priority, supported by targeted development journeys and internal talent mobility. A robust technical and behavioral skill matrix guided upskilling efforts across roles. We also advanced our inclusion agenda through initiatives that promote diversity, employee well-being, and equitable workplace practices.
We sustained harmonious industrial relations across locations, enabling uninterrupted operations. Strategic workforce optimization initiatives, including realignment and productivity-focused transitions, were implemented to support evolving business needs. These actions reflect our commitment to building a resilient organization – one that balances structural efficiency with a people-first approach to long-term performance.
