Ms. Sonia Singh (DIN: 07108778) holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from Hindu College, Delhi. She has been an Independent Director on the Company’s Board since June, 2022 and is a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, and ESG Committee.

With a career spanning 35 years, she has led the creation of new categories, brands, functions, and capabilities. An experienced in crafting and building brands, she brings a track record of strong delivery, and breaking paradigms to strengthen organizations. She collaborates closely with leadership teams, guiding companies on overall growth strategy with a focus on long term shareholder value, customer centricity, branding, organization design, culture, values, and ESG. She has also served as Guest Faculty at the University of Warsaw for the Executive MBA program in collaboration with the University of Illinois, USA.
