Ms. Rashmi Joshi (DIN: 06641898) is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over three decades of experience in multinational organizations across FMCG, consumer durables, pharmaceuticals, and lubricants. She has held leadership positions in India and Singapore, managing regional and global roles, driving corporate governance, risk management, and financial strategy. She is a member of the Company’s Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Risk Management Committee.

Ms. Joshi served as Executive Director and CFO of Castrol India Limited, where she played a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, financial planning, and business strategy. She has successfully led M&A initiatives, corporate restructuring, and multi-entity management, contributing to operational efficiencies and long-term value creation. With a strong track record in collaborating with leadership teams, she has been instrumental in enhancing organizational credibility and risk management practices.

Previously, she served on the boards of Godrej Industries Ltd., Thirdware Solutions Ltd., and Castrol Philippines as an Independent Director, further demonstrating her extensive corporate leadership experience.
