Mr. Dipak Mane (DIN: 01215889) holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at IMD, Switzerland. He has been an Independent Director on the Company's Board since June 2019, serving as the Chairman of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and a member of the ESG Committee.

Mr. Mane has had an extensive global career with the Buhler Group, Switzerland, where he has held various techno-commercial leadership roles across multiple locations. He previously served as the Chief Human Resource Officer and a member of the Global Executive Board. Currently, he continues to work with Buhler Group in Switzerland as an Advisor to the Executive Board, focusing on strategic priorities.

In addition to his corporate leadership, Mr. Mane is actively involved in academia, teaching at ETH Zurich and ZHAW Winterthur.
