To promote employability of rural youth we have set up Industrial Training Institute [ITI] at Khed in 2007 and started 5 machining trades and have set up communication lab in 2016 to improve the soft skills of 650 students. We are industry partners to Malegaon and Bhor ITI for infrastructure development and quality training
In collaboration with CII and College of Engineering, Pune, Bharat Forge under the programme 'Changing Gears' helped 180 engineering graduates from rural background organized Soft skills training for increasing their employability quotient.
To impart high end Technical Training to Engineering Graduates for better employability BFL in 2019 imparted Specialist Course in 'Radio Frequency and Microwave Technology' to engineering graduates. The first batch of 23 students has successfully completed this course and they were employed by good companies.
