The incumbent will be responsible for shift management including product quality, productivity and safety. They should be familiar with operation of automated press lines, shot blasting machines and exposure to hot inspection activities. He will lead and motivate a team of Engineers to achieve the production targets within the quality norms.

Desired Profile :
The candidates should be B.E (Mech) or DME with around 4 - 8 years of experience in a production shop using modern production management concepts, preferably in a forging or auto components industry.
