1. The above results have been reviewed by the Auditors of the Company.

2. Previous period's figures are regrouped wherever necessary.

3.The above unaudited results were taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at it's meeting held on July 15, 2003.

4. The Company did not have any Investor Complaint's pending at the begining of the Quarter, did not receive any Investors complaints' during the Quarter and hence there are no complaints lying unresolved at the end of Quarter on June 30, 2003.
