The key to our technological prowess and international acceptance lies in our manufacturing technology. With a global installed forging capacity of 600,000 tons per annum, it also possesses the largest single location forging facility in the world. Our modern forging facilities include over 40 state-of-the-art fully automated press lines ranging from 1600 MT to 16000 MT.

All forging press lines are highly flexible, which gives the company the inherent advantage to simultaneously meet different customer demands and optimise capacity utilisation.

The installation of these highly automated forging lines have enabled the manufacture of precision forgings ranging from 2 to over 250 kgs, a capability unique to Bharat Forge.
