With a global installed forging capacity of over 750,000 tons per annum, BFL India is the world's largest single location forging facility with an installed capacity of 240,000T. Our modern forging facilities include over 40 state-of-the-art fully automated press lines ranging from 1600 MT to 16000 MT.

The installation of these highly automated forging lines have enabled the manufacture of precision forgings ranging from 2 to over 250 kgs, a capability unique to Bharat Forge.
